FYT WITH DUMBBELLS
FYT WIth Dumbbells is an 8 week workout program that you can do at home with DBs or at the gym! There are two options for this program so that it fits into your lifestyle and goals! You can do the 3x per week or the 4x per week version. Both versions also have an optional extra day of cardio. This 20 minute cardio workout can be done on an extra day or added to any workouts during the week! The whole program is delivered via an app that shows you videos for every single exercise. You track your workouts in the app and all of that information is shared with me. You can also use it to ask me any questions! If the app isn't for you, you'll also receive the program in a PDF. This is yours forever so you can repeat the program of your favorite workouts whenever you want. Finally, I also include my macro-friendly recipe e-book and a PDF with lifestyle tips. This was my first program designed while gyms were closed. But I am keeping it available because there are SO many people that benefit from a program that is ENTIRELY done with body weight! I've gotten so much good feedback from this one and I know you'll love it. If you're just starting out on your journey, body weight is a great place to start. If you don't have any equipment and don't want to join a gym, body weight exercises can most definitley still give you a killer workout. You can also add bands or even weights to make this program more challenging, but it can be done 100 percent without anything but your body and some sort of surface to lean on or step on (like a couch, chair, stool, etc). This program will be delivered to you in a PDF document that has descriptions of the exercises as well.
